Beautification: The Environmental Legacy of Lady Bird Johnson
Explore a special exhibition on the life and legacy of Lady Bird Johnson, the former first lady that was most often associated with promoting environmental conservation and the wildflowers that brighten the country’s landscape. Join us on Homeschool Day as we examine the broader story of Mrs. Johnson’s impact on her family, the nation, and the world. Also, the exhibit features several stunning dresses from Lady Bird’s closet, alongside letters, photographs, and other memorabilia.
