Our Stars & Stripes: The American Revolutionary War

Compare patriots and loyalists during the American Revolution as we learn about the founding of our nation. Learn the history of our flag, important battles and key figures from SC. This lesson meets SC standards for 3rd-4th grade, and is designed for children ages 8-10 years old.

WHAT: History Homeschool Day

WHEN: Every last Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

WHERE: Upcountry History Museum

HOW: Open to children ages 8-10 years old

WHY: Get hands-on with local history while incorporating SC Social Studies standards

COST: $9 per student & $10 per adult

UHM MEMBERS COST: $5 per student & Adults are FREE
